15 years of sustained community healthcare work — from grassroots health camps to a registered foundation with structured programmes and growing partnerships.
NADI Foundation's impact is rooted in 15 years of continuous, hands-on charitable work across Andhra Pradesh. While the trust itself was recently registered, the activities it formalises have been running for over a decade — free health screening camps, subsidised dental care through local clinic partnerships, food donation drives, and community health education programmes.
This long track record means that NADI Foundation is not starting from zero. The partnerships, community trust, operational knowledge, and programme models have been built over 15 years of grassroots engagement. Every partnership we forge, every clinic we onboard, and every patient we serve builds on this foundation of experience and community trust.

Free health camps conducted division by division across Vijayawada — each camp bringing general check-ups, specialist consultations, and medicines directly to communities with limited healthcare access.
Coastal Bank, Gannavaram
Silver Jubilee Medical Camp — Coastal Bank
A special medical camp organised at Coastal Bank, Gannavaram, to celebrate the bank's 25th Silver Jubilee. Over 90 patients received essential healthcare services including general check-ups, specialist consultations, and free medicine distribution — a powerful partnership between community banking and grassroots healthcare.
60th Division
60th Division Medical Camp
Successfully concluded a free medical camp in Vijayawada's 60th division, serving 120+ patients with comprehensive healthcare services including specialist consultations and diagnostic screenings. A key milestone in the division-by-division healthcare mission.
61st Division
61st Division Medical Camp
Free healthcare camp conducted in Vijayawada's 61st division, offering free medical services to 100 patients. Every camp is a step closer to making healthcare accessible, affordable, and effective for all.
62nd Division
62nd Division Specialist Camp
A comprehensive multi-specialist camp in Vijayawada's 62nd division, featuring gynaecologists, orthopaedics, general physicians, dentists, cardiologists, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, and paediatricians. Services included blood tests, sugar tests, BP checks, ECGs, complete eye check-ups, and free medicine distribution.
63rd Division
63rd Division Medical Camp
Healthcare services delivered to 150 patients in Vijayawada's 63rd division. The camp offered free general check-ups, blood pressure monitoring, diabetes screening, and personalised health advice — demonstrating the scale and consistency of our division-by-division approach.
64th Division
64th Division Medical Camp
Provided free healthcare services to 80 patients in Vijayawada's 64th division, including general health check-ups, blood pressure screening, and consultations. With this camp, the mission reached its 64th division — a testament to 15 years of sustained, grassroots medical outreach.

Social Outreach
Old Age Home Visit — Fruit Distribution
Organised a visit to a local old age home where children distributed fruits to elderly residents, fostering values of compassion, empathy, and respect for the elderly among the younger generation while bringing warmth and joy to the residents during the holiday season.
COVID-19 Response
Daily Frontline Relief & Food Distribution
During the COVID-19 pandemic, NADI Foundation ran a daily relief operation for frontline healthcare workers and doctors in Vijayawada — distributing N95 masks, water bottles, and sanitisers every single day. Alongside this, organised regular food donation drives for families and individuals affected by the lockdown, ensuring the most vulnerable had access to essential meals and supplies throughout the crisis.

Transparency & Financial Accountability
NADI Foundation operates under a strict financial accountability framework established by its Trust Deed. All funds received — whether from individual donors, corporate sponsors, or institutional grants — are applied exclusively toward our charitable objectives. No trustee, officer, or employee receives personal financial benefit from foundation funds.
Our financial management practices include detailed record-keeping for every transaction, segregation of programme funds from operational expenses, regular internal reviews by the managing trustee, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable Indian accounting standards.
NADI Foundation holds provisional registration under Section 332 (formerly 12A, income tax exemption for the trust) and provisional approval under Section 354 (formerly 80G, tax deduction for donors), both granted on 15 August 2026 and valid through TY 2028-29.
