• Form Processing: Contact, partnership, and appointment request forms on this website are processed via FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, which forwards your submission to our email inbox and operates under its own privacy policy.
• Payment Processors: Bank transfer donations are made directly by you to our trust account and are not shared with any third-party processor. If online payment gateways are added in future, this section will be updated to reflect the relevant processor's role.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or government authority, including under FCRA reporting requirements.
