NADI Foundation (also known as Network for Advancement, Development & Innovation) is a registered public charitable trust established under the Indian Trust Act, operating from Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, India. We are a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing medical relief and community health programmes.

2. Donation Disclaimer

All donations made to NADI Foundation through this website or any associated platform are voluntary contributions to support our nonprofit charitable mission. By making a donation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• All proceeds from donations support NADI Foundation's charitable objectives, including but not limited to medical relief, community health camps, subsidised dental care, mobile medical units, medicine distribution, and health education programmes.
• Donations are not payments for goods, services, or any commercial transaction. No goods, services, or consideration of any kind are promised or guaranteed in exchange for donations.
• NADI Foundation is a registered charitable trust and does not operate for commercial profit. No trustee, officer, employee, or agent of NADI Foundation receives personal financial benefit from donated funds.
• Donation amounts are not refundable except in cases of processing error or duplicate charges. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
• NADI Foundation holds provisional registration under Section 332 (formerly 12A) and provisional approval under Section 354 (formerly 80G) of the Income-tax Act, 2025, both granted on 15 August 2026 and valid through TY 2028-29, making donations eligible for tax deduction for Indian taxpayers. Current registration status and validity dates are indicated on our website and are subject to renewal upon expiry.

3. Website Purpose
